Ok. I agree that the first step is to get Swarm compiling under X
server. I'm just having problems with blt.

Don't be patient. It isn't necessary to have the Tcl/Tk stuff ported
to Aqua. Just grab the X server and work as if in a more conventional
Unix environment. Once people know that the whole thing works at some
level then there will be stronger motivation to polish the GUI
libraries (Tk & BLT). GCC works now, and that was the hard problem.
