hi
If folks want to help out doing a port, in particular, would be willing to step up to the plate to be the "co-ordinator" of the Mac port - please do so. The SDG could do what it could in terms of setting up a mailing list if it was deemed necessary, but somebody volunteering to be the "Mac port co-ordinator" could certainly help speed the process!
If you need a Mac port co-ordinator, I could be the person. The steps we have to follow are: 1) compile the "right" gcc 2) compile all the needed software 3) COmpile Swarm under MacOxX/Darwin with XFree. 4) Try to substitute the X Routines with OsX routines. How about starting with point 1? and how about to insert all the patched sources on a web-site? Regards. ALEX -- ================================== Swarm-Support is for discussion of the technical details of the day to day usage of Swarm. For list administration needs (esp. [un]subscribing), please send a message to <address@hidden> with "help" in the body of the message.
