Do you mean "cloak all users' hosts" or "don't show hosts at all"? In both
cases this won't help users setting a ban since they won't be able to know
who will get banned, unless we use bahamut-style cloaking.
By the way, stop staying so close to the IRC protocol. ;) We can add something
new for muting people on a channel; it's not very intuitive to use bans for
that. In fact, I'd like to make everything that's related to channel access
mask style, i.e. you could specify "address@hidden - access level 5" or
something like that.
