How would it differentiate simple bug reports from bug reports with inline patches, for example?
And if you're talking about somebody doing the tagging manually post-factum, that won't work great because the original email was already filtered out by whatever system Stefan could set up.
I don't really see how you could make it work well with an email-based workflow without a separate mailing list or similar.
