Oooh, coooool. Could you please tell us how your workflow has changed?
=) I know my own workflow keeps changing as I think of new ideas.
How would you like it to change even more?

Here's my latest life hack: timing tasks. planner-timeclock.el makes
it easy to keep track of the time you spend on tasks, and Dryice Liu's
planner-timeclock-summary.el gives me a neat wiki-friendly overview.

- Helps me stay focused.
- Shows me how much I can actually do in an hour, which makes me
want to hack even more things.
- Gives me data for better estimates of future tasks.

Other things I like about my current workflow:

- I use linking _all_ the time. I can't imagine using a PIM that won't
let me automatically link to e-mail, web pages, and even IRC. I love
being able to create tasks like "Reply about ..." and have it still
make sense. Favorite feature next to extreme customizability.

- Creating tasks and notes (with remember) without having to switch
  application totally rocks, too.

- I have a few active projects with mostly undated tasks. Now using
Jody's suggested "automatically schedule the next task from the
project" lifehack. The code for this can be found in my somewhat
  hairy http://sacha.free.net.ph/notebook/emacs/planner-config.el

What's your favorite lifehack? How do you organize your day?

(Planner's motto could be "There's more than one way to do it."
Or maybe "Making personal information management _personal._"
Or something like that.)

There might be some kind of Emacs Diary --> icalendar export thing,
which may be a more standard format...

I hope someone gets sufficiently annoyed with this issue to sit down
and hack something together. <grin> Partial solutions accepted too.
