On Debian i386 etch I have placed the source directory in /usr/local/, made
usable as user, and issued ./configure, which aborted

The last two lines:


checking for pkg-config... no

gnome-doc-utils >= 0.3.2 not found


Actually gnome-doc-utils 0.6.1.3 is installed.

Otherwise I have seen a series of "yes"
