No, i use the "transy" application to export the .lang file in english 
and use some perl scripts to separate each app in a different file so i 
can share the work with other guys and then with another perl script i 
insert the work translated directly to the database.
I never tried using the developer tools for real work cause we prefer to 
translate the files using common editors (like "joe" or "vi") and using 
this method we can work offline too.
