Hi Tim,

Just now I downloaded the file just to see if it is corrupted. The 
download went fine. The URL I used is:

http://bibleconsultants.dyndns.org/downloads/temporal/bibledit-web-0.7.9.tar.gz

The size is 4990483 (4.8M).

Untarring works fine too. Everything is okay so far.

Not sure what causes the problems at your end.
