Glad to hear that you have gone past the previous hurdle.

A new one is in front of you now. But this new one is easy to fix.

What I would do in such cases is to install package phpmyadmin, log into 
the MySQL database server at http://localhost/phpmyadmin, go to database 
bibledit-web, go to table users, and then edit that table the way you 
like so that you will be able to log in again, possibly emptying that 
table so that the default adminusername / adminpassword works again.

Hpe you finally can enjoy how good a piece of software Bibledit-Web is 
(once it works...)
