[dev-serveez] guile switch progress

hello!

i am about to commit some stuff i did for the guile switch. it is now
possible to create port configurations from guile. except pipes that is. i
was too lazy yet...
i also added two helper functions for portcfg.

there are functions to extract string and integer values from guile. what
is missing are string-arrays and int-arrays.

the main problem during the implementation is not the data extraction
itself but the error reporting. i hope it makes sense so far but some
other eyes will certainly help.
an additional problem is to decide when to abort... it currently tries to
extract data as long is possible but that will fail at some point.

i also added several FIXMEs in the code. please have a look at them.

i am off for the weekend again. i am not sure whether i will be able to
continue the work. dont expect anything before monday evening.
