I have applied the below update at the production environment:

    OLD:                 NEW:
    Undergraduate  -->   Enrolled at a University (Undergraduate)
    Graduate       -->   Bachelor's degree (1st University cycle)
    Postgraduate   -->   Master's degree (2nd University cycle)
    Doctoral       -->   Doctoral degree (3rd University cycle)
    Other          -->   Other

Does somebody disagree?  If nobody disagree we can begin to translate such 4 
new msgids.


Later we can:
  1. Enable users to fill more than one qualification degree.
  2. Improve the organization of Qualifications and JobOffers forms.
