[Simulavr-devel] fab feature deprecated

Hi list,

I would set the fab feature, which is in the code to deprecated an 
remove it later, if there is no reason not to do.

Onno have introduced it as a possibility to create new processors 
according to the description, which comes with WinAVR. (xml files)

But this has some problems:

- we can't integrate the xml files from WinAVR because of copyright
- to create a processor isn't so easy because of many variations in 
peripheral components. This also not hold in xml files, so there would 
be the possibility to implement this variation hard in code or accept 
problems connected with that

As result, this feature is deactivated (if no xml found) and - my 
opinion - never more used.
