        I absolutely agree with 'serious' pubblications wholly web-based. Many
thanks for the new Linux Gazette link.

        Following your successive posting and those of Glen and Ted, may be that
the better idea is starting with a more informal web based journal, or
'gazette', with standards ensured by a review process. (By the way,
fortunately, reviewing never assure the 'truth').
