Already done. Each try to improve things results in a No. According to
their developers, GNUstep is in a nearly perfect shape. Complications
are expected and a such, fine. The bundle-type and installation domain
approaches fit almost no existing Linux of BSD distribution, still even
discussing them is sort of blasphemy.
