Having built the entire product myself from source, I was very surprised to
find out just how much broke when I tried to relocate the destination
directory, since the packaging made the horrible assumption that I was root.

I did eventually get it built. But life is much simpler with the third-party
Debian repository. Too bad Debian's packages are so old.

Now if only there was a wizard to set up GWorkspace to be useful to me on its
first run...
