Did you first enable subframes from the F9P?  Also, be sure your
speed is faster than 9600, there is a lot of subframe data.

To enable subfranes:
        ~ # ubxtool -e SFRBX

To see if you are getting them:

        ~ # ubxtool  | fgrep SFR
