I am not in favour of a new branch at all, unless it branched from HEAD
as part of an RC cycle for 18.

I will add Sigurd's patch to phpgwapi/doc/ with a note about it not
being officially supported functionality, but it being available.

I have dropped the proposal for adding the js libs to 16 cvs because
some people seem more interested in complaining rather than doing stuff.

I will be removing the js libs from my application dirs from head cvs
this weekend.  I will be adding a README to the phpgwapi/js dir
explaning how to add the needed libs and why they have to fsck around
with downloading 3rd party libraries.
