Only 1 app is 3rd party (and that is communik8r) the other apps which I
have mod'ed are news_admin and email and sitemgr is a work in progress.
This is primarily a back port of head features to allow the apps to work
under 16 without adding a heap of crap to the app dirs in HEAD.
