IMHO, all the below options cover any type of feedback.

Option 1 is good. Option 3 is shorter.

Maybe being verbose here is good. I have updated the webapp footer with the 
option 1.

P.S.: Sorry, the server is overloaded since some days due to I am doing a 
huge 'scp'.
