Agreed! I think that was one of the reasons that we changed it to
"Reload". Some other possible labels for the button that come into my
mind: 

- "Reload package list"
- "Refresh package list"
- "Get update information" 

It's a tricky one, IIRC we discussed this at least once before on this
ML :)
