Well, this is attempt number 2, for some reason my first appear to work.

 - I commited my SDL stuff.  It's off by default (look in
'src/UILib/UIDraw.cpp' to change.

 - I removed the binary bit on the msvc workspace files.  If you are using
them you will need to remove the directories and refetch for it to work.

 - Matze, one of us should commit gcc build stuff.  I have a Makefile that
works with tips, but I think you've been doing some stuff with this, so I
haven't commited anything.
